For 30-day paid pilots. Full MSA available on request.

What you get

Up to 25 wallet addresses across Ethereum, Solana, Bitcoin
Up to 5 entity groupings
Unlimited CSV exports
Direct Slack or email channel to founder
Weekly check-in (30 min)

What you pay

S$3,000 (one-time) for 30 days. Invoiced upfront.

What you owe

Honest feedback at week 2 and week 4
Use only for legitimate treasury visibility purposes
Do not share login credentials externally

What we owe

Working product available 99% of monthly minutes (best-effort, no SLA credits during pilot)
Bug fixes within 5 business days
Feature requests acknowledged within 2 business days
Your data deleted within 30 days of pilot end if you do not convert

Cancellation

You can stop at any time. Pilot fee non-refundable after day 7.

Conversion

If pilot succeeds, annual subscription pricing applies. Pilot fee credited against year 1.

Liability

Stride is a visibility tool. Decisions you make based on what Stride displays are yours. Our liability is capped at fees paid in the prior 12 months.

Counterparty

Pilot agreement is between Vype Consulting Pte Ltd (UEN 202507674C) and the buyer's legal entity. Stride is a product brand of Vype Consulting Pte Ltd.

Singapore.
