Privacy

Stride is a read-only treasury visibility tool. We do not custody assets. We do not sign transactions. We never request, store, or transmit private keys.

What we collect

• Wallet addresses you choose to add (public on-chain identifiers)
• Optional labels and entity tags you assign
• Your email address — required for workspace sign-in (magic link). Optional if you only use the free anonymous trial.
• Your workspace name (free text you choose during signup; defaults to "My workspace" if not set).

Authentication

v0.9 introduced workspace mode via Supabase Auth. We use email magic links — no passwords. Your email address is used only to authenticate you and to send the sign-in link. We do not send marketing email unless you separately opt in.

Email service providers

Two providers send mail on Stride's behalf:

• Supabase Auth: sign-in magic links only.
• Resend:transactional invitation emails when an admin invites a teammate. Email content includes the invitee's email address, workspace name, role, and single-use invite link. No wallet, balance, or transaction data is included in any email.

Both providers process email delivery only — they do not retain content beyond standard delivery logs.

Who runs this

Stride is a product of Vype Consulting Pte Ltd, a private company limited by shares, registered in Singapore (UEN 202507674C). Founder: Cheng Jia Yin. Primary contact: hello@vypeconsulting.com.

Where it lives

• Wallet labels and entity tags: stored only in your browser. We do not see them.
• Wallet addresses + balance snapshots:stored server-side in Supabase (Singapore region, encrypted at rest). Required to power the historical comparison view ("last 30 days") and time-series chart.
• Snapshot retention: append-only. Each refresh writes one row containing wallet address, chain, fetch timestamp, total USD value, native balance, and token balances. No personally identifying metadata.
• Transaction history (v0.8+): per-wallet on-chain transactions (last 90 days, refreshed daily by cron) stored server-side. Includes block time, tx hash, direction, counterparty address, amount, token, and classification. All data is already public on the source blockchain — Stride merely indexes it for finance-team display.
• Token prices are fetched from CoinGecko's public API.
• On-chain balances + transactions are fetched from Alchemy (Ethereum), Helius (Solana), and Mempool.space (Bitcoin).

What we do not do

• Sell, share, or rent your data
• Track you across other sites
• Run third-party analytics or advertising scripts
• Touch your funds

Retention

• Browser-local data (labels, entity tags): cleared when you clear browser storage.
• Server-side snapshots: retained for as long as you keep the wallet active. Deletion on request within 30 days. For pilot or subscription customers, full snapshot history is retained for the contract term plus 12 months.
